Fermented with wild yeast and aged for 10 months in French Taransaud barriques.

Subtle aromas of peach and nectarine coupled with some matchstick undertones. A rich and multi-layered middle palate with fresh fruit and nuttiness, finishing with flinty minerality and zesty acidity.
