Heathcote Shiraz

We source the grapes for this wine from the Heathcote region of Victoria. The ancient red Cambrian soils yield small berries that give concentrated and intense flavours to the wine.

Picked ripe and aged in American and Hungarian oak. There are floral notes over dark fruits on the nose with a hint of chocolate.

Black cherries and ripe plums dominate the palate with silky tannins and lingering flavour with great mouthfeel.

Best described as “Christmas Day in a bottle”
